Honey butter chicken Korean style 2020 4K

Chicken cut into bite size pieces
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cili powder/flakes(optional)
3 tbsp rice flour
3 tbsp plain flour
3/4 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 egg

Fry at 170C for 10-15 mins till golden
Set aside and then double fry at 190C

Honey butter sauce
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp garlic
Fry till fragrant
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
Cook till sauce thickened
Add chicken and sesame seed.
Coat the it well and serve
